Fern received her real estate license in May of 1986 and is a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), Floyd Wickman Program and Relocation Programs.

Fern's career in real estate began in 1986. Fern earned her CRS designation (certified residential specialist) - only 4% of all Realtors have earned the CRS designation.  She has been working with many relocation companies, which include: Cendant Relocation, ERC, Prudential, NRI, and USAA Relocation.

Fern has an associate degree in Business Management and attends many Real Estate related classes such as American Architect History and Historical Research and Preservation.  She is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and one Realtor in the area with her own website and a licensed Personal Assistant.

Fern served as president of the local Board of Realtors for 2001 and 2002.!  In 2004 Fern completed 70 transaction sides, setting a new record.  Voted Realtor of the year 2002, her motto is, "Excellence is not an option, it is my standard."

Fern is married with two grown daughters and three grandchildren.  She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, sewing and restoring antique furniture.
